All orders are fulfilled via Singapore Post Registered Mail.
A flat fee of $4 applies.

A tracking number will be provided once the parcel is mailed out.

returns & exchanges

To be eligible for a exchange/return, items must be unused and in their original condition as received. We only offer replacements for items that are defective or damaged.

Our return and exchange policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange once this period has passed.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us with your Order ID and supporting images of the item.

* Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning items. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.
